James G. Hamm, III, MBA; - Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Inotek Pharmaceuticals Corporation (inotekcorp.com), a clinical-stage, drug discovery and development company based in Lexington, MA. Previously Mr. Ham was CFO for NitroMed, an emerging pharmaceutical company based in Lexington, MA, and CFO for Clearview Projects, a company providing business development/licensing support to the biotech industry located in Princeton, NJ and San Francisco, CA. From 1977 to 2001, he held various positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company in New York City and Princeton, NJ, including positions with financial responsibility for Bristol-Myers Squibb's US pharmaceutical business and Squibb's US ethical pharmaceutical division as well as operational planning responsibility for the Worldwide Pharmaceutical Group, culminating in his service as Vice President of Global Business Services. Mr. Ham currently serves on Boxborough’s Finance Committee and is a past board member of Lawrenceville, NJ’s Education Foundation, Growth and Redevelopment Committee, Township Soccer Association (past President) and Main Street Project. Mr. Ham earned a BS in Business Administration from Villanova University and an MBA (Phi Beta Kappa) in Finance and Accounting from St. John’s University.
