David Reibel, Esq. - Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Aspect Software, Inc., a global provider of unified communications and collaboration software and services headquartered in Chelmsford, MA (www.aspect.com). Previously, he held General Counsel positions with Way Systems Inc. in Woburn, MA; Aprisma Management Technologies, Inc. (then, a division of Enterasys Networks, Inc., NYSE:ETS) in Portsmouth, NH; First Telecom plc in London, England; and Esprit Telecom Group plc (Nasdaq:ESPRY) in Amsterdam, NL and Reading, UK. Before moving in-house, Mr. Reibel was with the law firms Skadden, Arps and McKenna & Cuneo in Washington, DC. Between college and law school, he worked in Washington, DC as a Legislative Assistant to a U.S. Congressman and as a Senior Researcher and Editor at a non-profit space institute. Mr. Reibel is a member of the Massachusetts, California and District of Columbia Bars. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council (www.masstlc.org) and the Board of Directors of North Shore Technology Council. Mr. Reibel graduated from the University of Michigan (Phi Beta Kappa); received his J.D. from Stanford Law School; and completed the Erasmus Program in International and European Law at the University of Leiden, the Netherlands.
