North Shore InnoVentures Receives $50K Grant from Mass Clean Energy Center

North Shore InnoVentures, the operator of two business incubators, announced it received a $50,000 grant from the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC) to support its Cleantech InnoVenture Center in Lynn, MA. The grant from MassCEC will fund programs that support entrepreneurs whose businesses employ new technologies to improve energy use and management, as well as reduce the need for imported oil. The announcement was made on March 23, 2011 by MassCEC Executive Director Patrick Cloney during a clean tech forum hosted by the North Shore Technology Council.
