BIVC is located on the fourth floor of 100 Cummings Center in Beverly. Laboratory space designed for pharmaceutical and biologics development is available as well as space suitable for device development and prototyping. Laboratories vary in size from a few hundred to a few thousand square feet, with offices and cubicle space available.

BIVC is not in the real estate business. The rates for the labs are subsidized. We are investing in you. Our responsibility to you is to help you conserve capital creatively. Basic lab equipment is provided in the individual labs and a shared laboratory is equipped with such instrumentation as HPLCs, mass specs, microscopy, a lyophilization system, low temperature freezers and incubators.
